Very confused as to what this charge was for I called it and spoke to a man who told me that my husband signed up for this and that indeed it was to be canceled before his two free weeks were up. I told him (after putting two and two together and realizing that the disc that came in the mail the other day was what he was talking about) that we didn't recieve any disc and that my husband didn't sign up for anything. I was told that if I still had the disc I could be refunded my 72.21 by mailing it back to a "special" return address. So I told him I'd check with my neighbors in the apartment complex and see if they'd recieved our mail by accident knowing that actually I'd need to dig through my pile of papers on our desk and see if I still had it. When I found it I tried calling back the number and magically it had been "disconnected and no longer in service" and so I called the other number off the disc (866-951-1406) and that also had been "disconnected". Funny. Now what?! I've held onto the disc and my bank statement since and recently found it when cleaning out my files. I've wondered what could I do and how do you fight something like this? I'm clueless, but to this day think there should be something we could do. I'll be satisfied when I get my 72.21 back. That is all I want. Anyone know what can be done, please let me know.
